Established in 2002, ‘PROGRESS’ is the Italian acronym for ‘progettazione, ricerca e sviluppo sostenibile’ (projects, research and sustainable development).
We provide consulting services in a range of domains relevant to the green transition (agriculture, forestry, rural development, sustainable tourism, sustainable food systems), the digital transition (digital transformation, digital resilience, digital divide, cyber security, digital decade targets), territorial cohesion (research & innovation, human capital development, education & skills, cultural heritage, tourism), and social affairs (public health, civil protection, consumer protection, social security).

Consultation closed!
This consultation was addressed to European local and regional authorities (LRAs) to gain a broad understanding of their current level of awareness and preparedness for quantum technologies. It was conducted by Progress Consulting S.r.l. and will contribute to the ‘Foresight study on the future and potential use of Quantum technology by local and regional authorities’ commissioned by the European Committee of the Regions.
